Japanese GP Race

Both drivers had a solid start and drove a good race with a lot of midfield battles taking place.

Korean GP Race

Pastor had a strong start, moving from 18th to ninth after the first lap, and was fighting for a points finish until the final stint when he was overtaken by cars on newer tyres.

Singapore GP Race

Pastor had a good start, gaining a few positions and managing his tyres well in the early stages. Valtteri was unable to hold position at the start due to a clutch problem and consequently struggled with his tyres fighting to regain position.

Italian GP Race

It was a poor race for us from the beginning because of losing a couple of positions at the start which were then hard to recover. There was little pace from the car, I think we did quite well on the strategy but whatever we did today it was not enough to recover places.

Belgian GP Race

Altteri drove a consistent race but did not have the pace in the car to challenge the top ten. Pastor's race was compromised by a collision with Di Resta when attempting to enter the pitlane which resulted in a stop-and-go penalty.

German GP Race

Pastor Maldonado finished 15th with Valtteri Bottas 16th in today's German Grand Prix. Both cars opted to start on the medium tyres and showed good pace throughout the race. Unfortunately we lost time in our pit stops which cost us positions and a potential point today.

British GP Race

Pastor Maldonado finished 11th with Valtteri Bottas 12th in today's British Grand Prix. In an eventful race, which included two safety car periods, both drivers made a two-stop strategy work to finish just outside the points from P15 and P16.

Canadian GP Race

Starting from third on the grid, Valtteri struggled to match the pace of the front runners in the first stint on the supersoft tyres. Pastor also suffered high tyre degradation and then was compromised further by an early collision with Sutil which led to a drive-through penalty.

Monaco GP Race

Valtteri Bottas finished 12th, while Pastor Maldonado’s race ended early after an incident on lap 45. Valtteri drove a solid race to get the most out of the FW35, finishing narrowly outside the points.

The Williams F1 team drivers visit Qatar to highlight growing ties

All three drivers made the trip to Qatar along with Team Principal Sir Frank Williams. The visit started at Aspire Zone, one of the world’s leading sports training facilities. The trio were given a guided tour and then spoke to an audience of Aspire Academy students.
